Payment still pending despite positive feedback, tracking info provided etc

Hi All

Can anyone explain why my money is still being held by PayPal? Yes, I am a new seller but the items in question have been received by the buyers who have left 100% positive feedback. Also, I provided tracking info in all cases, and in all cases the tracking info shows the items as delivered, as well as the buyers own confirmation and good feedback. I appreciate the need for security etc but don'[t understand why my funds are still being held?Smiley Mad

Also, I'm a bit cross that I was not told of the 21 day holding policy before I sold the items. Not the end of the world - better than not having sold them - but I sold things because I was desperate for money to buy Christmas presents for my children - I'm no further forward since PayPal are not releasing the funds. I'm feeling very frustrated by the process, having gone out of my way to deliver a first class service for buyers.

Grrrrrr. Rant over.

I have the same problem with paypal. I shipped promptly after receiving payment out of my own pocket the buyer received the package sent and left positive feed back only to have a pending balance. It's not fair that the Item's I have shipped have been received by my customers who left positive feedback and I still cant access my money. I wish I knew of this policy before hand so I could have found a more feasible way to sell my product's, and to add to this paypal takes their fee immediately as well as ebay and leave the seller hanging checking his/her account to see if they can access the money that paypal and ebay are holding hostage. I think that they have this policy in place to collect interest from your money while it's in their bank because to big company's every penny they can make from your hard work is worth the inconvenience their customer's
