Im a causal Paypal user,I sold an item on ebay around the 7th of december.I put a tracking number on the item and the buyer still hanst even left me feedback(at this point ill settle for negative).I contacted the Buyer serveral times and he still hasnt even left me feedback.I'm new to this payment holds deal but am I messed up because someone is lazy and cant leave me feedback?
