Im so frustrated. Paypal is holding approximately 200.00 + in funds for items that have been delivered and tracking information has been provided. Im not sure what to do at this point. I was hoping to finish xmas shopping but this is not helping the situation. Any advise???
I'm having the same issue. My buyer received the item 3 days ago but paypal still shows the status as "shipped" when, in fact, it's been delivered. And yes, I had immediately typed in the USPS tracking number.
