Is there a way I can automatically deny payments from certain states? For instance, I sell wine. It is illegal for me to ship wine to Utah so I don't want to accept any orders from that state. If this is not a possibility is there a way I can review each order and choose to accept/deny (manually deny all UT orders) and is there a fee to do so (for me or the UT resident)?
