unable to pay on Iphone or Ipad

I am recently unable to pay on my iphone or ipad.  I click on the transaction to pay and it goes to a blank screen that never loads.  I have reinstalled the app with no success.  The only way I can pay is to log into my account on a computer.  Please advise.
