Crashes when using iPhone

Hi, When I select PayPal as a payment method on other websites, using my iPhone, I login fine and then when it should go to preferred payment method screen, it doesn’t. It goes blank and won’t load. I don’t have this problem with my iPad. What can I do? Thanks

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks making a purchase on your iPhone with PayPal. Have you tried clearing your mobile browser's cache, cookies, and history? If that doesn't work, and you've double-checked all relevant software updates on your phone are complete and up-to-date, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
