Pay in 4 Not showing up anymore

Hello, I have some question about ay in 4 feature, I was approved for the feature but now on websites where it was shown, I no longer see the options why could this be?

Why can't I use Pay 3 anymore? I have used this many times over the past couple of years and I have two pay 3 payments currently operating. Why can't I use the service anymore when my credit is actually better than it was before?

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues using Pay in 3 recently. Normally, PayPal Pay in 3 is available on eligible shopping cart values between £30 and £2,000 GBP. For privacy reasons, only you can see why your application may have been declined. The application decision should have provided any available information at the time of the decline.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. It's not declining my request, it isn't available to use, it doesn't even give me the option to use it at all anymore. Usually if my order is over a certain amount there is the option to pay now, pay in 3 or apply for pay Pal credit... I only have the option to pay now.

Don't expect a real answer from anyone! They all just give you the generic reply which has nothing to do with the fact that even when you're trying to buy from merchants who offer pay in 3 it isn't actually showing as an option! It appears that since the last update, the one that has made navigating PayPal an utter **bleep**, they have removed the option for most people who use it but always make their repayment on time or early! PayPal refuses to give anyone an actual answer even if you contact customer service! It would seem they are more interested at pushing a credit account than the Pay In 3! Either that or they are struggling with losses and won't admit it!

I have been using paypal pay in 3 with no issue and. now i am being told this service is not available to me. I don't understand why?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting here!

I understand your concern about not able to pay with Pay in 3 option. PayPal Pay in 3 is not available for certain merchants/goods and the availability also depends on the internal checks. No worries, you may be eligible in the future. You can try to complete the checkout using another form of payment.

Thanks for replying, but my question was Why have I been suddenly prevented from using pay in 3 when I have been using it previously with no issue and there is no problem with the merchant. Your answer does not help me at all.

it’s happening to me too 😢 i used it regularly and and every plan has been payed, but now its not giving me the option!! i contacted paypal twice about the matter they both have said the same to me that my account is in good standing order and that they cannot see any reason why i can not use the pay in 3 option and to try clearing my cache or using a different search engine

The exact same thing is happening to me! Used this option for years paid back every time on time. PayPal is moving from PayPal Europe to PayPal UK maybe this has something to do with it, otherwise I'm lost and very frustrated
