Don't expect a real answer from anyone! They all just give you the generic reply which has nothing to do with the fact that even when you're trying to buy from merchants who offer pay in 3 it isn't actually showing as an option! It appears that since the last update, the one that has made navigating PayPal an utter **bleep**, they have removed the option for most people who use it but always make their repayment on time or early! PayPal refuses to give anyone an actual answer even if you contact customer service! It would seem they are more interested at pushing a credit account than the Pay In 3! This is not the case! Pay in 3 is missing for a lot of people for a lot of sites that it used to be available for many of which atoll show it as an option at check out! PayPal seems to have culled a lot of people and isn't being honest about why because these people aren't being told! I am one of those people and I've had no option on sites I have purchased from numerous times in the past! How about adding a reply that isn't a generic copy and paste?? ... View more

It isn't just an ebay thing! I've never missed a payment and mostly repay early but haven't had the option of pay in 3 for over a month! No contact, no explanation!
