Google Play store promotion make purchase over £3 and receive £10 credit. I make a purchase at the start of the promotion period but have not received email regarding credit

There's one right now, just come up on my Google play. I did it, haven't received anything as of yet. If I don't get it, I'll be annoyed. Pointless to do things like this if they're not going to actually give us it.

I think thats an old offer as I got an email about the promotion last week. 

Here's the new terms:

1. Qualification Period: The Programme starts at 12:00:00 a.m. on 12 August 2024 British Summer Time (“BST”) and ends at 11.59pm Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on 30 November 2024 or until 30,000 (thirty thousand) rewards have been redeemed, whichever happens first (the “Offer Period”).

Try looking at the dates of posts before you reply. When folks give information it is dependent on the date that they posted.

Did you complain? Did they do anything? Thinking of doing it if I don't get mine, because it's just annoying to do it and they then not give us it 😞

Surely the 50k limit should have been managed by withdrawing the offer and stating this so that people understood that the offer was over, or by offering a voucher code in advance to those making purchases.

Well, you would have thought so wouldn't you!!, but why would PayPal want to do that, when 1000's more could be duped into signing up

I just completed the spend $3 on play store using PayPal for the first time. It says I’m supposed to receive an email stating to claim my 10 dollars. How long does it take for the email to send?
