This issue just poped up, I have been on the phone with paypal for over an hour, and in messages all day. no one can find a solution to my issue. Starting yesterday, I can no longer apply for pay in 4. suddenly my physical mailing address no longer exists. when you type in your address into the billing address field, it pops up a search. my address is not in there. and it refuses to accept anything that is not in that list. I have been using pay in 4 sense the start of it. Ive lived at this address for years. suddenly its a problem now.
Now i do live in an area described as a "PO BOX only zip code" and i do not get mail from the post at my physical address. BUT NOTE I AM NOT ENTERING MY PO BOX ADDRESS. it wont work anyways as paypal dosent accept po boxes. I am trying to use my actual physical house address.
maybe yall can help figure this out. any help will be appriciated.
