Pending pay in 4

Pay in 4 preappoved limit 2k I used pay n 4 for a $45 purches several days pending 1100 last pay in 4 was 525 payment was immediate prior I used pay in 4 for domino's pizza same thing happened no pizza I would say paypal pay in 4 is broken or very amateur attempt to compete in this p Market ti's time I lost my discount due to payment not being received I do Not recommend PayPal pay in four to friend or family use afterpay or zippay they have a far smoother a d reliable system I will still use afterpay for immediate payment services only meanwhile I will wait again for this stupid pending to be refunded as I used afterpay to get my goods of course u can't cancel with paypal

I understand your concern about the pending PayPal pay in 4 transaction. When making a purchase with Pay in 4, if you pay with a debit card, we will place a pre-authorization hold on your chosen payment method for an amount equal to the initial payment or one-third of your total purchase amount. This will show as a pending authorization in your PayPal account activity and also in the bank account of the card linked to your PayPal account. Once you complete your purchase with Pay in 4 and the merchant completes your order, the pending authorization will be removed and the initial payment will be withdrawn from your payment method.
 

If you do not complete your Pay in 4 transaction, the pending authorization will be automatically voided by PayPal within 24 hours of the pre-authorization hold. Although PayPal has released the hold on your funds, this may take up to 5 business days to process through your bank. If you see the transaction as completed, you may report the charge through the Resolution Center. this was resolved but the pending meant i never got my pizza had i not resolved it the pizza may have turned up 10 days later😀
