I've looked on my statement and the first 12 digits are xxxx out. Where can I find the full number??

It sounds like you're looking at the physical statement that's mailed. This type of information is hidden to protect the account holder. You can find your full account number from the PayPal app or the your PayPal account. Just review the statement online for this information.
