I just made a PayPal Pay In 4 Payment for an Invoice with a Merchant. PayPal said it failed to process the invoice, but still took my first installment for the PayPal Pay In 4. What can I do?
I see the PayPal Pay in 4 Pending and the money was tak en from my bank account this morning, but the payment plan hasn't registered and the merchant says they haven't been paid.

Notice that it is an authorization pending, it will expire and drop off in a few days, releasing/returning the funds.
