Pay in three card not linking!? Help appreciated

Hello. I’m new here so forgive my naivety. I was pre-approved for PayPal pay in three. I went on to a merchant site selected PayPal pay in three at checkout went through the process of linking card via my bank everything was fine all accepted until I went back onto merchants site when a window pops up saying card can’t be linked although I use that card and account for all my numerous PayPal transactions! I tried asking customer service but I don’t think they understood what I was saying , I’m hoping somebody might be able to help here? Thanks

I do understand your concern with this. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with the merchants site when trying to make your purchase. 

 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
