I've purchased products from a company abroad. However, the payment was done at my other address which is in the United States and currently I'm in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The company is refusing to switch the address because it against Paypal policies; once the payment is done, the address cannot be changed and I do not want to go through the refunding process, it will delay the shipment.

Hello @Hamad95,

I'm sorry to hear about this situation with your purchase. Regrettably, the merchant is correct in that they would have to ship to the provided address, even if it's wrong, in order to maintain PayPal protection. For this situation, you would have to request a refund and place the order again with the correct address. I hope this helps to address your question.
