Dear Brothers,

I hope you are doing well.

Even though I have received payment more than 21 days ago, I can’t transfer my balance into my Credit Card account. I received this money against an invoice I sent to a customer for online services and he paid already on 01 Sep. 2021. Furthermore, I referred to the transaction as completed and I had no shipment details to add because it was an online service. Therefore, kindly guide me on how to transfer my money to my Credit Card.

Please note that my Paypal account is new and this is the first time to use it.

Click the “Add Tracking info” button within transaction details and update transaction to “order processed” and ask buyer to confirm receipt after 48 hrs. If this method doesn’t work to release funds, please read the Payment Hold Period section in the link below:
