Fiverr Payment Issue

Hello,

I am trying to make a payment to my buyer on Fiverr. I have linked my card to PayPal and I have confirmed it. I was able to make one payment but I've been unable to make the second payment. Even though I have linked my card to the account, it still keeps asking me to enter my card details. I enter the card details but it doesn't process the payment.

Any one who can help with suggestions as to how to resolve this issue, I'll be glad. Thank you.
