someone sent me a deposit. They have since changed their mind. I have not transferred the money to my bank its sitting with PayPal. If I issue a refund does it come out of my checking or does it just delete cancel out the transaction ? I don't know this person so do not want anything being refunded out of my bank if I have not transferred funds yet.
When someone pays you then you are charged a fee, if you issue a full refund then that 'fee amount' is not credited back as part of that refund.
So you would need to add the fee amount to your buyers payment in your balance to issue a full refund otherwise it will come from your linked bank account.
