Hi! So so had a buyer from EBay that is interested in my product. They sent the money but PayPal refuse to give it. They ask to send a picture of the gift and receipt which I have done but no response from them for like two days straight. I called but they wouldn’t let me speak to an agnet I even message on the help center no response

Paypal does not work that way, sounds as if you have been scammed.

Are the funds showing in your paypal balance? Even if pending they would still show. If not then its a scam.
