For the last few days, i have been trying to make payment via paypal in ebay website to buy a product. All the paypal payment transaction failed ! I am unable to get anyhelp because paypal assistance not available in the paypal website!! And i dont have customer support phone number to call at. Its been very frustrating to say the least. Meanwhile, I have checked with the Credit Card customer support & ebay and there is no issue with either my Credit card or ebay website.
I am stuck and i dont know what to do . Please. help..
