What is happening with Paypal that we are experiencing delay in payouts

Could you please provide some more information on the issue? Are you experiencing delays in receiving payments? Generally, when you receive a payment, the transaction may be held for multiple reasons such as for security reasons, to comply with regulatory requirements or if you have just started selling with us. Firstly, I would recommend checking your Resolution Centre to see if there are any pending issues in your Resolution Centre that prevent you from receiving payments immediately. 

 

If not, it may be that payments are held for 21 days until we receive additional information from you. Here you can find more information.

Have the same problem, I've had a business account for 2 years.

 

I also received an update saying that after a review there has been no unauthorised activity.

But the payments are still delayed ??
