Unable to cancel a payment

I am trying to cancel a payment that I had sent to an incorrect email address. 

The summary shows that it is in pending status with the message "(name of person) hasn't accepted yet.

When I click on cancel, it takes me to a page that says "Confirm Payment Cancellation."  "Do you want to cancel this payment"?

However, there is no button to allow me to cancel the transaction. 

I tried both Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers.

Update, the problem is solved. It seemed that put in the browser in full screen allow the confirmation button to appear at the bottom

Did you try cancelling through the PayPal app? Also clear browser cache, cookies and restart device and try again.
