I'm unable to link my debit card and getting an error "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." I confirmed my back account and everything but still not helping.. Please advise and help me fix this..

I'm really sorry you have been having difficulties while trying to link your debit card. If you are getting the error message saying that your card has been declined, I recommend you to reach out to your card issuer and ask them.
