Tracking Info For Digital Art

Hi~

I wanted to know how to add tracking information for visual products such as digital art, since I'm a digital artist and sell digital adopts. it usually takes so long for payment to be received as it stays "on hold" for a while then takes about 3-7 days to get to you. I'm in a constant (small-ish) fear that the buyer may take back the payment or scam me out of my art (i have a few trust worthy buyers but I can't always be sure of new people). So I'd like to know, how can I get my payments sooner? Even when I try to add the "completion date" info it still takes time. 

Note; my account is fairly new and yes I have taken payments above 100$ but it still asks for information even if I've sent an invoice, some people told me I won't get this trouble if I sent an Invoice but I still got stuck.

The buyer cannot take back the money because it is a PayPal hold.  To release the funds sooner, click "Add Tracking" in the transaction details, select an appropriate order status and then ask the buyer to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction details. If the buyer does not confirm, you must wait the full 21 days. This regimen is only last until you have built up a good account/selling history with little to no reports of problems and PayPal will start releasing your money immediately until your selling patterns starts changing or reports of problem start increasing.
