How do I show proof of order fulfillment when I don't ship any items?

Good morning and I hope someone can help us.

 

My account has limitations on it because the system is not accepting my information for the order fulfillment.  I suspect its because it wants tracking information from UPS or FexEx but we do not ship via mail at this time.

 

I took screenshots of our Square Online Point of Sale System on 2 separate occasions.  The screenshot showed that the orders had been fulfilled.  (Many different orders I might add.  About 20 )  Currently, we do not ship so how can I get this remedied?  Or a better question would be, why is this being rejected and how do I find out the reason?

 

Please help and thank you in advance.

 

Here is the messages ( I have over explained the first one "business info" and third one "business works" multiple times in detail, to no avail:

 

Provide your business information Resolve
Submit proof of shipping or delivery of items to buyer Resolve
Explain how your business works Resolve

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

I am sorry to hear your account has been limited. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the 'Resolution Center' to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.

 

If you cannot provide some of the requested information, I would suggest you submit the reason in the provided section. Your account would not be sent for review until all the steps have been completed.
