Hello all, my Upwork Account just automatically transfers all my money from Upwork to my Paypal account and I want to refund them back to my Upwork. But that transaction doesn't have any option to refund. And when I open a case in Resolution Center, what I got is "We're unable to file a case on this transaction." What should I do? I really need that money since the end of the year coming real soon, please help! The transaction ID is 1G1189092N130680W.
