Refunding a Customer

Hello,

 

I'm trying to process a full refund to a customer. I have previously processed a partial refund for this customer. However, now, the customer wants a full refund. I don't see the "Issue a Refund" button anywhere for the transaction.

 

Side note: The partial refund is currently pending. Do you think that's the reason why I can't process the rest of the refund?

Hi @sdatl,

 

Thank you for your post! I'm happy to help.

 

Once a refund of any amount is associated with the transaction, the Issue Refund option will not be available anymore. If you wish to refund more of the transaction, you would only have the option to send them a separate payment.
