I recently sent money to someone and they couldn't claim it because they need a Social Secretary Number and I want a refund

Ask the recipient to issue a refund from within the transaction details, otherwise, file a dispute from within the transaction details by clicking "report a problem".

If the transaction is marked unclaimed on your end, it will return to you after 30 days.
