I'm trying to buy from a store that allow only US Cards and when I used PayPal with my visa card as a preferred payment method the store didn't allow it as well....I'm kind of new to this stuff so can anyone help...and tell me what to do

Nothing you can do if the seller chooses not to accept non-US cards or don't want to sell overseas. However, if you contacted the seller and ask if they want to accept your order and accept non-Us order/payments and they want to, seller will need to update their Block Payments settings of their My Seller Tools settings in their PayPal business account.
