I need to top up my PayPal for a refund situation on eBay

Can I top up from a debit card linked to my PayPal already rather than transferring from bank ?

If so how ?

Sadly not, you can only refund from funds in your paypal balance OR a linked bank account (if you can link one in your country).

Advice is voluntary.
