Canceling a payment

Why isn’t there a ‘cancel‘ option while my payment is pending?

The only time there is a cancel option is if the email address is non-existent and so can never complete.

If its pending to an email address that does exist but is NOT yet connected to a paypal account then it times out 30 days post payment.

If its pending as an echeque then you await clearance.
