Problem with Ebay

Good day. I ordered from Ebay 01/06/19 13 products for a total of 176155,56 KZT ($ 463). For all products, confirmation was received, except for «Garmin STRIKER Plus 5cv Fishfinder with CV20-TM Transducer and Protective Cover».

On my account charged for the product and the delivery in the amount of 153970,74 KZT ($ 405), but I cant find product in my Ebay Purchase History. I enclose you a statement in my bank account as evidence: <removed>

We wrote in support of the Ebay and they answered us this:

«Hello Maksim, Thank you for writing to eBay Customer Support regarding order not appearing in purchase history. My name is Nitin and I have shared the update on your transaction regarding it. I am sorry to learn that you are not able to find order in your eBay account. I regret to learn the inconvenience caused with this matter. Please do not worry, I have tried my best to clarify this situation. I have checked your purchase history. It appears that you have tried to pay for the products "Garmin Striker Plus 5cv With Cv20tm Transductor" . However, I could confirm that payment was not completed. Thus order was not appearing in order section.

Our technical team has assured that this may happen due to various unforeseen reasons after confirming the payments on PayPal:

1. Heavy traffic on PayPal site

2. Payments being reviewed on PayPal for security reasons and may take time for completion

3. Temporary glitches on PayPal which may lead to delay in completing the payments

However, If any payment was debited from your card for the above order, it will be credited back to our card within 24-48 hours. Sometimes it may take few days to reflect the refunded amount in your funding source. You can check the bank account statement to see whether the payment is yet credited or not. You may also contact PayPal support directly to locate the refund. Note- Payment made directly via credit card is made via PayPal guest checkout. In case, you are not able to locate the debited money, I recommend you to contact PayPal customer support and ask them to investigate this transaction on PayPal. At eBay, we do not have access to PayPal resources due to privacy and security reasons. PayPal customer support should be able to provide you detailed information about the transaction

It took more than 2 weeks. 1/20/19 we sent a request in support of the PayPal, but did not receive an answer. What i need to do? I would like to receive a refund for unsent goods.

I see you contacted eBay support and you sent a message to PayPal regarding the payment you mentioned, but have you tried to contact the eBay merchant directly? That's usually the best step in a situation like this. If the merchant doesn't reply or refuses to provide a refund, the next step would be to submit a Non Receipt dispute to PayPal.

 

I'm sorry you didn't receive a reply to the request you sent to PayPal. If it becomes necessary to submit a Non Receipt dispute to PayPal, please call PayPal's Customer Service or send a Private Message via Facebook Messenger or send a Direct Message via Twitter. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may pose. Please be sure to mention it appears the purchase was completed through a Guest Account. That information will be helpful to any Representative who assists you.

Since it appears it is necessary for you to submit a Non Receipt dispute to PayPal, but it also appears the transaction was completed via a PayPal Guest Account, please call PayPal's Customer Service or send a Private Message via Facebook Messenger or send a Direct Message via Twitter.
