Problem in Ebay with paypal payment!

Hello, i have a probem with ebay  or paypal ! i getting this error when click on Confirm and Pay!

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:

• Select a different payment option.
• Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

I hope someone will tell me the how to fix this or it is from paypal?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to pay using the payment method that you'd prefer. Is it declining to allow a specific payment method from your PayPal wallet, or is it not allowing you to use your PayPal account at all?
