[Please Help] Cannot make a payment using PayPal Checkout, without entering Credit Card info

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to seek a help with PayPal checkout, but cannot find one.
So I was trying to purchase a service from fiverr.com, make a payment with fiverr's PayPal Checkout option (SSL Secure Payment).

After logged on PayPal, it requires me to enter credit card info, or it won't continue my Checkout process.

I already have my Bank Account linked, my PayPal balance is enough to make this payment, so I don't understand why I still need a credit card linked too.

Please suggest me how to use PayPal to make a payment on fiverr.com.
