Paying without funds

Hi, I need to pay someone $25 but don’t have the funds in eirher my paypal account or my bank account at this current time and won’t until Monday the 30th. Could I still pay that person or will I Need to wait till I get the funds

Need to wait until you have the funds, unless you want to be charged overdraft fees from your bank.
