PayPal not working on wix

I have a problem with my paypal. Even tho that all information needed is provided in wix, somehow I still cannot finish my chech out on page! When I press Chechout with PayPal, they show me an error “This payment provider is not available at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.” . I want to ask what should I do?
