Linking Paypal to Gcash "Cannot process your permission"

Hi!

I've been trying to link my Paypal to GCash. I've already had my personal info changed in GCash so that it would match the one in my Paypal account. But whenever I try to authorize Paypal in the GCash app, I always get this message:

"Cannot process your permission

We are sorry, your permission request cannot be processed at this time"

I am using iPhone.
