Issue a refund - zero balance

I need to issue a refund for a purchase. I have a zero balance as the funds received were withdrawn to my bank account. I do not seem to be able to lodge funds to my account from my bank account or a card. And I can not use a card to fund the refund How do I do it??

You can 'fund' a refund via a linked and confirmed bank account (not debit card) or funds within your balance that are cleared and not pending.
