See, I recently negotiated a price for a digital art piece, and sent a payment to the seller that automatically went to pending; The seller can't find a way to refund me the pending payment so that they don't wait for it, and I am unable to find a cancel; button on the pending payment I sent, neither can I find another way to cancel it without searching everywhere for a cancel button. I've searched all over the internet for a way to cancel it properly, but all I could find was to find the cancel button and cancel it, so I'm having trouble doing so so that the seller doesn't wait for the 30 pending and have it cancelled. Can anyone help me with this issue? Me and the seller are worrying sick over this.

You can only cancel a payment that is showing as pending / unclaimed and has been sent to a non-existant email address and so can't complete.
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Payment / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
