I was unable to card pay a vendor using my credit card directly, so I asked if the vendor could open up a paypal account, they did.
I paid their invoice on Sept. 23rd and up to now, Oct. 21, Poopal has NOT PAID THE VENDOR. When i look at the transaction, it says
"Your recipient should have the money by March 22, 2021." WHAT???????
Can someone please get me a contact number for these crooks? I have sent them messages and only keep on getting nonsensical replies like "Can you give me the amount of the transaction? When I give it to them, they claim they cannot find the transaction and need the transaction ID. Each time I write them, it takes another day for them to respond.
WTH????
