I'm trying to pay for a webhost but it keeps asking me to add a credit card. I've already added my bank account since I do not own a credit card. I've contacted support but what can I do in the mean time to maybe solve this issue?

The thing with online services, they want a credit card as back up to make a billing agreement in your PayPal account. The bank account would be the main source but they want a back up source. If you also have a credit card linked, PayPal does an instant bank transfer (PayPal pays ahead to the seller immediately and wait for your bank payment to clear or else it'll go as an eCheck and that would be too slow). Otherwise, I can't see you being able to complete checkout.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Well, funny thing is, yesterday it worked. They have a special offer now, so I cancelled my purchase from yesterday and tried to make a new one...
