Error trying to process pay in WHMCS using PayFlow Pro

I'm getting an error trying to process a payment in WHMCS using PayFlow Pro. Any help will be appreciated. Below are the error details:

 

Invoice ID => ****
User ID => **
Amount => ***
RESULT => 5
PNREF => BK0P9B2174CA
RESPMSG => Invalid merchant information: 10548-This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

It's saying that your account is not setup to process payments with PayFlow.  You need to contact PayPal and make sure you're fully approved and ready for processing because according to this error code you are not currently.

Paypal won’t let me access my funds at all this money isf or me to manage my food with this is un fair I’m so tired of feeling pushed away I just want to leave this eath and no say goodbye
