So at 15.38 UK time I got an email saying money will be sent to my account in a few moments. At the moment it's not there how long dose it take

It's not really possible to answer a question like that - transfer times vary for various reasons and each transaction is different.   Without knowing how someone has there account setup, we can only guess - as this is a public community, unfortunately no here can look at account details however, customer service can, you may want to follow-up with them.
