I just attempted to make a transaction using Paypal however the site I was purchasing from had a technical glitch and said the payment didn't go through and hasn't completed my order. I just checked my bank account and it seems Paypal have debited me for the transaction twice and have sent me two confirmation emails for an order that didn't go to complete.
Can anyone provide assistance / advice as to what I can do?
