Accept payment from Credit Card and visa without paypal

Hello

 I integrate paypal getway in my e commerce store 

I activated pyapal optional 

But still could not make payment from visa and credit card that do not have paypal

Hi @wadtowad, 

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. In order to use the PayPal system or a PayPal product, you would have to have a PayPal account. Without it, you would have to use a different payment processor to receive payments through a credit card.

i already have a paypal account but my customer have no paypal account only credit card

Hi @wadtowad, 

I appreciate you clarifying that information. You would be able to accept payment by card only, if you have a PayPal Here device. If they are having issues completing the payment, it may be our security system blocking the transaction from their end. If that is the case, they would have to call us to see if there are any steps that can be taken for them without having to create an account.

Hi, Before Paypal guest checkout used to work fine. But now whenever I try to receive payment from the customer, Paypal is asking to login without showing an option to checkout as a guest. However, guest checkout is working as expected in sandbox mode. The problem is with the live mode. I have been using woocommerce as my platform and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway by Woocommerce plugin on my site. Any help is much appreciated. Thank You.

I recommend reaching out to PayPal's Tech Support team directly and filing a ticket.  Once filed, they will review the information and respond back to you via email.
