paypal plus credit card info not showing up on paypal.com

I have seen where many others have had this same problem, but no one has gotten a fix.  I have been told by Paypal plus (GE Money) that it's not their problem -- Paypal.com has to fix it.  Paypal.com says it's not their problem, Paypal Plus Credit Card has to fix it.  One said that it's supposed be fixed on Oct 3rd and another says Oct 31st.  One said they've not heard there's a problem, another said that they've heard it's because paypal hasn't uploaded files they need to upload.  Everyone blames everyone else or says it's not a problem - yet we can't access our reward points, check for fraudulent activity, or pay on our balance. 

 

Doesn't *anyone* out there know what's going on and when it's going to be fixed?

I have the GE pay pal extras Master Card but choose to get a paper statement every month. I pay the balance from there. My payment was due 10-17-11. The credit didn't show until today (10-27-11) but my payment was posted on 11-14-11. Apparently it is a entering problem. It appears it took 13 days from the time the payment was processed to get it on the internet Web Site.

Looks like this has been a chronic issue off and on for several months but in the hopes of adding some relief to the growing frustration, I will add my two cents worth.

I am having the same problem as so many others-Paypal Mastercard statement not accessible from the Paypal sight. Today I called the help center and was fortunate to speak with someone who took the time-about 25 minutes-trying several things to resolve the issue. THE PROBLEM REMAINS! But, there is a temporary solution. For all of those who hate paper statements, here is one time when you'll have to bite the bullet if you want your monthly statement. Call the help center or do it on line but change the statement option from paperless to paper. This way you will at least get one every month. Keep checking the web site for a fix. When you log in and click on the "view card details", there should be a link in the Mastercard summary box in the middle of the page that says "statements" or something like that. Once that link appears (IF they fix it) your credit card statements should be available. Lastly, the rep I spoke with says he will write a detailed report outlining the problem and send it to IT for fixing.

And I emailed and got the "someone will contact you within 24 hours" on November 1.  It is now November 6 and I can't make a payment!  This is ridiculous.  I have no paper statement, and they want extra money for paying by phone.  What is happening here guys?  Why is PayPal NOT telling us how to pay our bill?  Why is GE charging extra to pay by phone when it's the only way we CAN pay right now?  And why is the only help page telling us to log in via our PayPal account to pay?  Is this what we pay PayPal for?

Still waiting for an answer from PayPal.  GE Credit is calling to ask for their payment.  I have sent 3 emails to PayPal support asking for an answer to this question.  This really can't be rocket science, folks.  Very simple question:  where do I go online to pay my GE Credit card bill?  24 to 72 hours?  I've been waiting 12 days.  Do we really have to start looking for external help on this?

I don't know what the deal is with this  credit card, I was using it with now issues this past summer, now problems popping up. I only use it for Ebay, or rather I was. Now If I try to pay for  Ebay auctions using this card it tells me that the transaction cannot be processed. I tried to solve it through Paypal, got no help. The credit card company kept calling me and every time I answered it was an automated call telling me to check their paypal website... I have less than 100 dollars on the card, once that is paid  I am going to cancel the card. This is so rediculous!

I am having the same problem.  I cannor view my PayPal credit card statement on the website.  I was unaware that they are no longer sending out paper bills!  PayPal needs to continue to send paper bills as long as customers cannot access their statements online. 

 

I have the same problem with my bank statements.  Check out the web - everyone with Chase is also having this problem.  It seems that it is a problem with capatibility with IE's new version.  I wish I hadn't upgraded, but not going back now.  The financial companies need to get with Microsoft and get this solved!  Online payments are done by most now, so someone GET SOMETHING DONE! 

 

PayPal, you might want to have your IT guys check with Chase IT guys.  They seem to have found a solution for THEIR customers.

Just found this thread while searching for my Paypal Extras Mastercard account information. After I signed up for the card, the information was on my overview page, but now it is not there. I got an email telling me I need to make a payent, but I do not have access to my account. 

 

Has anyone found a fix for this?
