Can't view my Account Overview w/response "Unable to process b/c technical difficulties".

I have been trying for over 12 hours during the day to access my PayPal Extras MasterCard account in my Account Overview.  As soon as my account page comes up there is a statement that reads "Your account activity isn't available at the moment.  Please check back in a few moments".  Those moments have led to hours and now a day and into the next day!!  I made a payment to my PayPal Extras MC credit card last week, even sending it to the Orlando P.O. address by Priority Mail so it would get there before the May 12, due date.  For a short time yesterday, I could see that my payment was not yet confirmed and PayPal had already posted a Late Charge to my account, thus leading to me not being able to finish a payment transaction for an item I bought on eBay...which is now pending w/the seller.  When I click "View Card Details"...a larger typeface appears stating "We are unable to process your request at this time. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to process your request at this time".  What kind of technical difficulties are going on, or are there any going on at all?  I would think PayPal would have ANY technical difficulties fixed within hours!   I want to see that my payment has been processed so I can get on w/paying the seller!  Is anyone else out there having these same statements when going to their Account Overview & View Card Details?  I have searched all these hours for any real human support and can't find any!  Now trying this...Frustrating to say the least!

Having the same problem! Made a payment on May10th, and at least it shows the payment confirmed, but that's the only thing it shows. There is some comfort (not much), in knowing that I'm not the only one having this problem. I don't understand why we haven't been notified by Pay Pal, explaining what the heck is going on. Very frustrating to say the least. Sure hope this mystery is solved soon.

Same problem here, and I WILL NOT be charged for late fee, I hope. It's not my problem I can't pay in time for the first time...

UPDATE:

 

I was randomly able to make a payment today and succeded.

Having the same problem as everyone else. This is really frustrating. Been trying to pay my balance which is due today, with no success. I will not be paying any late fees!

If anyone gets charged a late fee over this just post in here. We'll ban together and sue them blind.

I was finally able to view my PayPal Account Overview this Sunday afternoon after more than 24 hours of not being able to do so.  Got my patient seller paid with another funding source.  Still upset about a "late charge" on my PayPal CC and hope it was due to the same glitch that kept all of us from obtaining our account information!  Hoping all of you posters no longer have this very frustrating problem!
