Questions reguarding getting the PayPal Extras MasterCard

I recently found out that eBay updated their requirements for me somehow... and now when I try to see on eBay, it says I must get Verified by Paypal now...

Now, I've never had this problem before. So I was just thinking... okay, then I'll verify... I don't have a bank account, so I was thinking of applying for the MasterCard. First I was wondering if there are any monthly fees? Because the basic reason I'm getting it, is to get verifed to be able to sell on eBay... so that would help a lot. I just want to know if they charge a fee for not doing anything to the card, hidden fees, and etc. etc.

Also, I heard that the personalizing with your own photo option are having technical difficulties?

So should I apply? Or how can I fix my eBay problem? Thanks!

Btw. I contacted eBay before..., they just told me to contact PayPal. Which no one replied to my email.

Welcome to the boards!

When completing the application for the PayPal Extras card, the sign up page will include a terms and conditions section that will lay out the various APRs and fees.

As for the photo option, this is currently up and running.
