Was never prompted to upload picture for credit card

I selected "custom picture" when filling out my credit card application and was never prompted to upload a picture... My application has already been submitted and approved. Anyone know if/how I can change this? I was hoping to get a picture of my cat on my card.

I would recommend contacting the PayPal Credit Service Center to see if they could possibly update the image.
