PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Can somebody out there, tell me what the h_ _ l is going on with Pay Pal Debit Master Card? I have been a verified member of Pay Pal for quite sometime now. I have Smart Connect, all the back-up bells and whistles, I have credit available on my Smart Connect Account and $280.00 on my Debit Card, which I funded with a GreenPak Card. I am absolutely, positively mortified over what Pay Pal has put me through in the past four days. I have been denied one purchase at a AT&T store, denied one online payment, of which, I have made before using my Debit card, with out a problem, and now, to add insult to injury...Today, I tried to make a cash withdrawal (using checking acct)  from a Chase JPM Atm, and... Wait for it..... Wait for it...... Drum roll..... DECLINED!! I am at my wits end! Please has anyone else had this problem? Hi there, I had a Smart Connect Account statement balance of $348.16, which I decided to pay in full. I made the payment with a 'echeck', from my Primary (Confirmed) Bank Account, and, waited the routine 3 to 4 days for the transaction to complete. The payment showed that the payment was posted to my account, and the transaction had completed on May 21st, but, here is my problem, as of today, my 'Spending Power/Available Credit' on my account, does not reflect my payment at all. It shows that I only have $43.00 available! Huh?? Please, has anyone out there had this problem? and if so, how did you correct it, and, what was the explanation for this happening.
